The East Africa part is not always needed, so use it or not. However, the rest of the rules still apply as far as using padded envelopes, filling out the declaration slips strategically, and using religious stuff. Please be sure to write the Peace Corps Vol. on it as it saves me some customs fees! Things sent through the PC address will make it to me, but start using the new one as I'll get it sooner!
